These terms govern use of the NestLedger Labs website and any trial or paid access to our society and apartment management software. By using this site or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms.

Website use

You may browse public pages for information about NestLedger Labs. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details.

Trials and software

Introductory access is currently offered free for the first 3 months, subject to change. A trial does not guarantee a specific paid price after the trial ends. Feature availability may differ by plan (Basic, Professional, Enterprise).

Accounts and society data

If we provision software for your society, you are responsible for the accuracy of resident and society data you enter and for using the product only for lawful society operations.

Liability

The website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, NestLedger Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a trial. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts, unless a different venue is required by law.
